Patient FAQs

Does it hurt?

Most patients describe it as warm, quick, and mild. The average pain score for 3DMIRACL® is 1.9 out of 10, and no numbing cream is required for most treatments.

For 3DMIRACL®, essentially none. You might see slight pinkness through the next day, but most people are back to their normal routine right away. Deeper treatments like Renew trade a little more recovery for bigger change: expect redness for two to three days, similar to a mild sunburn, before the results come through.

With any treatment, plan on a day or two of light flaking as the old skin sheds. That’s not a side effect, that’s the renewal you came for.

It depends on your goal. Maintenance works best spaced every 4 to 6 weeks. Deeper correction, like acne scarring, benefits from a series, typically 3 or more sessions on that same schedule.
Yes. AuraLux is designed to be safe and effective across all Fitzpatrick skin types, from the fairest complexion to the deepest tones.

Pricing varies by provider, treatment, and location. Find a provider near you for exact pricing.

AuraLux targets the water in your skin, so the energy goes exactly where it’s meant to and leaves very little heat behind. That’s what makes it comfortable, and why most people are back to normal by the next day.

Provider FAQs

Do we lease or purchase the device?
Both options are available. Your Practice Development Manager walks you through the model that fits your practice’s cash flow and growth plans.
Most staff are comfortable operating AuraLux within their first few supervised treatments, thanks to built-in guided mode and calibrated presets for every skin type.
Yes. Four modalities, one platform, covering everything from a quick maintenance treatment to deep collagen remodeling, so your team reaches for the same device regardless of who’s in the chair.
A dedicated Practice Development Manager (PDM) is part of your team from day one: a clinical expert, business strategist, and change maker who trains your staff, builds your patient pipeline, and helps you hit your ROI targets. That partnership includes clinical training, marketing support, and ongoing performance reviews for as long as you’re an AuraLux practice.
Most practices position AuraLux as a membership or series offering, spaced every 4 to 6 weeks, which builds recurring revenue rather than competing with the one-time procedures already on the menu.
